Administrator

Total Fibre Communications are looking for an administrator to support the office coordinators. The candidate must be experienced, organised, proactive and show a willingness to grow and learn.

Strong computer skills are essential, spreadsheets, managing databases, Microsoft Office etc.

Project Coordinator

Your role will be to ensure we maintain and deliver our targets throughout the contract and continue to hit our figures against the proposed agreement with our client. You will be working directly with our client and suppliers to deliver against a set programme outlined at the start of the contract & mitigate any failure with reasons and actions to ensure we resolve/complete in the shortest possible time.

What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Ensure suppliers are delivering to the committed dates agreed – daily
    updates to be provided by suppliers on delivery.
  • Jeopardy managing daily issues alongside the field management team (supervisor, Supplier Supervisor, Engineers direct if required).
  • Daily calls to discuss completions, current week’s delivery & forecast.
  • Weekly meetings with Senior management to review high-level overview of delivery.
  • Collaboratively committing to weekly THP targets alongside the programme manager.
  • Working with suppliers to raise DFEs, reduce WIP and ensure commercial compliance.
  • Working with the Project Managers to overview the work stack and report to the Client.
  • Working with our suppliers to raise and overview permits for various locations and types of work – to enable our Project Managers to drive the project forward. Step into Project Management positions at times of annual leave.

What competencies are we looking for?

  • A proven track record of working in an office/programme based
    environment.
  • Telecoms experience is preferable.
  • A basic understanding of both financial and commercial activities and dependencies.
  • Ability to understand and implement agreed on plans which support the needs of the business and support operational effectiveness.
  • An ability to understand and operate within a process-driven environment.
  • Excel & Microsoft Office experience required.
